Ready for some fun and adrenaline-packed action? Perfect! Get ready for an exceptional day, where you'll test your skills with two of the most exciting and beloved activities in the Dolomites: an e-bike tour and a via ferrata.
In the morning, meet your local UIAGM/IFMGA-certified guide at the Lino Lacedelli Indoor Climbing Centre in Cortina d’Ampezzo, and set off towards San Vito di Cadore. Begin with an exhilarating ride on your e-bike, then continue on foot to reach the start of a historic via ferrata.
This route, originally built and used by troops during the First World War, allowed for easier movement through these rugged mountains. Today, via ferratas are a true attraction, offering climbers the chance to ascend peaks that would otherwise be inaccessible to non-expert mountaineers or those without technical climbing experience. With the safety kit we provide, you’ll always be secured to a steel cable running along the path. Under the watchful guidance of an expert who will support you every step of the way, you’ll conquer the summit and take in breathtaking views from above.
The exact itinerary will be determined by your guide based on weather conditions and your skill level.
At the end of the via ferrata—or nearby—you’ll likely find a welcoming rifugio, perfect for a well-deserved rest. If you wish, you can savour a delicious and wholesome meal for lunch, or simply enjoy your packed lunch while soaking in the stunning panorama.
To descend, you’ll follow well-marked trails that meander through the woods, leading you back to your e-bikes. From there, enjoy a scenic ride as you return to the Indoor Climbing Centre in Cortina d’Ampezzo.
