CANCELLATION POLICY

• Up to 60 days prior to departure: 20% of the trip amount will be refunded, and 10% of the total trip amount will be retained as administrative costs.
• From 59 to 45 days prior to departure: total loss of the deposit.
• From 44 to 30 days prior to departure: 100% loss of the trip cost (deposit + balance).

For special packages and types of services, different and specific cancellation policies may be communicated.

The reservation is made for a specific date. However, any changes requested by the Client to any element related to a confirmed trip, provided the request is feasible and unless the request constitutes a novation of the contractual relationship, will result, in addition to the expenses resulting from the changes, in the payment to Dolomite360 of a fixed flat fee of 100 euros per participant, for each change made. Examples of changes subject to the aforementioned fixed fee include itinerary changes, service reductions, and/or new schedules.Any other significant changes that result in a substantial variation of the purchased tourist package (such as changes in travel date, location, and facilities) will be subject to a penalty according to the cancellation policy above.

Booking your trip is very simple, just follow these 2 easy steps!

STEP 1

Kindly, we ask you to send us a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the trip - equal to € xxxx, and we will send you a final invoice for the balance 45 days before your departure.

(OR IF AFTER 45 DAYS)

As your trip begins within 45 days, we ask you to settle the total amount due.
