The chef personally collects the wild herbs and edible alpine flowers from the high-altitude meadows of Passo Giau and then prepares, preserves and uses them in his cooking, blending ancient knowledge with new techniques. You will discover the mountain unique flavours of the mountain that, combined with Luigi’s charm and expertise, will remain in your memory for a long time.
