Tasting experience
In the morning, you'll start by exploring the Giau Pass with a mountain guide from Dolomite360. In the afternoon, chef Luigi da Riz from Ristorante da Aurelio awaits you for an aperitif and a "Cooking & Tasting" class. He personally collects wild herbs and edible alpine flowers, blending ancient traditions with new techniques. You will discover the unique flavors of the mountains, which will leave a lasting impression.
