In the afternoon a culinary experience that will reward all your efforts awaits. Chef Luigi da Riz, owner of Ristorante da Aurelio, a gourmet paradise at 2175 meters, awaits you in his kitchen to reveal his secrets. But before he will treat you with a welcome aperitif!

When you are rested, you can participate in a true “Cooking & Tasting” lesson that will bring you joy and satisfaction. The chef personally collects the wild herbs and edible alpine flowers from the high-altitude meadows of Passo Giau and then prepares, preserves and uses them in his cooking, blending ancient knowledge with new techniques. You will discover the mountain unique flavours of the mountain that, combined with Luigi’s charm and expertise, will remain in your memory for a long time. You will be able to recreate these flavors at home, recalling the relaxed and serene mood of the day spent at Passo Giau.
