From ethical horse riding to the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku: the sustainable balance of the Dolomites

Take two rest days from your routine and get ready for an experience that will change your perspective on daily life. Join us in Cortina d’Ampezzo, in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009.

On the first day a professional mountain guide will accompany you to discover the stunning landscapes of the Cortina d’Ampezzo Valley, leading you through an extensive network of trails and traverse pastures, forests and peaks. Along the way you will hear special stories and anecdotes and get to know the most beautiful spots in the Ampesso basin.

On the second day you will have the chance to live a unique experience with horses. You will learn the basic principles of ethical horse riding and personal growth mediated by horses, helping you to find your inner balance. You will immerse yourself in the tranquility of the woods, discovering Shinrin Yoku or forest bathing, a Japan practice that helps reducing stress and blood pressure, strengthening the immune system when practised regularly. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in experiential workshops for everyone, including children.
