Itinerary

Spend a day with Dolomite360, exploring an essential but less-known part of mountain culture. Many people love mountain cheeses, but few know how they are made. These delicious cheeses come from fresh milk provided by cows that graze on sunny, green meadows. Learn how these cheeses are made and what gives them their unique alpine taste.

On this day, you’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in the delightful and unique mountain flavors of the Dolomites. You will then enjoy an hour of indoor rock climbing. Afterward, we'll treat you to a delicious, local, and organic snack.

Your day will start with a visit to the Piccolo Brite Dairy, where you’ll meet an actual cheese-maker who will give you a tour of the production facility and share the history and secrets of his craft. You'll then get to make your own cheese.

After this satisfying experience, you'll head to the Lino Lacedelli Indoor Climbing Centre, where you will have a light lunch (sandwich and drink) and then enjoy one hour of indoor climbing.

Finally, a private transfer will take you to San Vito di Cadore, where you will visit Sanwido, a beautiful organic farm dedicated to preserving local farming traditions. During the one-hour guided tour, you'll learn about organic farming and the breeding of endangered goats and chickens. The tour ends with a rich snack featuring cold cuts and cheeses and an agri-aperitif with flavors that reflect the essence of the surrounding mountains.
